During my recent stay at Pullman, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful pool area. It truly was the highlight of my stay and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The well-maintained garden grounds added to the overall ambiance of the resort and made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. Additionally, the staff at the Temple of Tastes restaurant was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of interacting with Fabrizio, the Food and Beverage Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated studio room with poor ventilation, I still had an overall enjoyable stay at the resort. The grounds could use some improvements and repairs, and it would be nice to have complimentary water and more luxurious amenities available.

Loved the relaxed atmosphere of the resort particularly around the pool. Well laid out - parking was easy.

Furniture was very modern but not that comfortable. Shower screen was inadequate and water went all over the floor. Not adequately vented as bathroom was completely fogged up.

The hotel and its facilities are well kept and are of a high quality, and all for a good price

Staff at breakfast had a bad attitude

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The pools were absolutely stunning and the bar right next to the pool served excellent drinks. The location, just a short walk from the beach, was perfect for spending time by the ocean. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

There was a bit of construction noise during the day which was a little bit disruptive. the room could have had a little bit more insulation as the footsteps from other guests were quite audible.

everything was as it should be for a 5 star !! clean,efficient,peaceful,all went very smoothly!

one member of the staff was very rude and I am sure will be his own undoing!

We loved the cocktails by the pool, the lunch specials, the hot stone massage, our lovely room and terrace.

Limited in-room dining menu otherwise all was good.

Located just steps away from the beach, this resort offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Enjoy the convenience of having everything at your fingertips, from local restaurants to a spa experience that is nothing short of excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including large bathrooms with a separate shower and bathtub and comfortable beds. Wake up and indulge in a delicious and varied breakfast spread.

Despite the many amenities offered, the noise from the pool area can sometimes be heard in rooms closer to the pool, leading to some disturbance during the late hours of the night.

It was relaxing, modern, excellet facilities, great staff and fantastic weather for the middle of winter.

Location, location and beautiful surrounds and design

Very expensive...no wonder Australians are dumping Australian tourism for overseas holidays.

Friendly staff, Spacious apartment, Great pool facilities, Convenient car park and lift access, Huge rooms.

Nothing, it is perfect.

No adults only pool, loud children in lagoon pool.

We loved the spacious room with a fully-equipped kitchen and the beautiful pool area with various options for both warm and cold water. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, as we were just a short walk away from the town center and all the amazing restaurants in Palm Cove.

Bed was way to small (140cm) for a 5 star hotel! The beach cant be used at certain times due to crocodile and stinger threats, but the pool area is a good alternative

Our thanksgiving weekend was saved thanks to the exceptional staff who made us feel at home. The hotel facilities surpassed our expectations and the breakfast was superb, offering a variety of delicious food and great coffee. The location was also perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views.

The curtains and furniture showed signs of dirt and wear while the bathroom had an overpowering smell of chlorine. The TV was also poor quality and the sound was annoying.

Staff were unobtrusive but efficient and the resort was busy though lovely and quiet.
